4.3 Shipping Destinations and Timelines

U.S. Shipping

Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $99 within the contiguous U.S. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).
Standard Shipping (Contiguous U.S.): 1-2 business days.
Expedited Shipping (Contiguous U.S.): 1-2 business days.
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: 1-3 business days (standard shipping only; expedited options may not be available).
Restricted States: We cannot ship to Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Oklahoma, or Utah due to state alcohol regulations. A full list of restricted states is available at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries where alcohol importation is permitted by local law. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout.
Delivery Timeline: 3-5 business days, depending on destination.
Customs Fees: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are not included in the order total and must be paid upon delivery.

4.4 Shipping Costs

U.S. Orders Under $99: S Shipping costs are calculated at checkout periods based on weight, destination, and method (standard or expedited shipping).
International Orders: Costs vary by country and are displayed at checkout time. Additional customs fees may be applied.
All shipping costs are disclosed clearly before order completion.

4.5. Age Verification and Delivery

Age Verification: You must confirm you are 21 or older at checkout time. Delivery partners require a valid government–issued ID at delivery to verify the recipient’s age.
Signature Requirement: All deliveries require a signature from an adult 21 or older. Packages cannot be left unattended or delivered to individuals under 21.
Failed Deliveries: If delivery fails due to no eligible recipient or invalid ID, the package may be returned, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Returns and Refunds

5. Returns and Refunds

5.2. Return Process
