NOM 1120 is a family-run distillery owned by Juan Fernando Gonzalez. Both distilleries make complete tequila- cooking, macerating, fermenting and distilling, two hours east of Guadalajara in the town of Atotonilco in Jalisco, Mexico. In the foreground, aromas of cooked agave and raw agave, light notes of herbaceous, citrus and freshness of ripening fruits, similar to the aromas present in white tequila In the background, soft vanilla, very light dried fruits, raisins and prunes, sweet perfumes of some flowers and wood from the barrels, light aromas of fruits in the process of maturation such as banana and pear, maintaining a balance in harmony in both planes in the cup.
