The agave is cooked in an autoclave before undergoing a unique hybrid fermentation process, inspired by the soothing strains of classical music. It is then refined in a roll mill and double-distilled in a traditional Alambique pot still to ensure the purest expression of agave.
Capture the delicate aroma of cooked agave, intertwined with wild herbs such as sage and marjoram. A burst of citrus fruits, including grapefruit and lemon, mingles with spicy nuances of cloves and white pepper, leading to an undercurrent of dried fruits, cherry, and light vapors of golden tobacco. The palate is greeted with a sweet, silky, and buttery linger that culminates in a crisp finish.
