Hailing from El Arenal, Jalisco, the ArteNOM Blanco Histórico 1123 is crafted at Destilería Cascahuín by the esteemed Rosales family. Emulating the Tequila Valley’s high-end blanco traditions of the early 1900s, this selección undergoes barrel conditioning for up to 28 days in unique casks that once housed Mezcal Don Amado Reposado. With an elevation of 4,199 feet and employing traditional agave roasting and distillation techniques, Salvador Rosales Torres’ creation boasts a distinct profile, refined and rich, bottled at 43% ABV.
