Chamucos Tequila Reposado: Delve into the heart of the Highlands with Chamucos Tequila Reposado, crafted using the choicest organic Los Altos agave. Ensuring an optimal sweetness, this additive-free tequila starts with a sugar brix measurement between 27-30. The traditional slow-cooking method in masonry brick ovens releases the natural flavors of the agave. Its fermentation, relying on a unique proprietary yeast, is performed in open vat tanks. Every drop is then distilled using specially designed Stainless Steel Alambique Stills. The refinement doesn’t stop there: the tequila undergoes rigorous filtration processes including micro-filtration, polishing, oxygenation, and cold filtration.
Flavor Profile: The initial taste is supremely soft with a velvety, silky mouthfeel. This tequila is harmoniously balanced, presenting a symphony of flavors from cooked blue agave, tropical fruit, and vanilla to toffee, cinnamon spice, fennel, and black pepper.
